- Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We currently offer two shipping options:
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for all orders placed before 9:00 P.M.
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 9:00 P.M. will be delivered the following day.
- Standard Delivery Window: Depending on circumstances such as order volume, local conditions, or special events, deliveries may take 0 to 7 days.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹500.
- Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50 for orders below ₹500.
4. Serviceable Locations
- We currently ship to the entire Sheohar district region only.
- Deliveries outside Sheohar district are not available at the moment.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive updates via email/phone.
- Real-time tracking details will be shared when your order is dispatched.
6. Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Unforeseen events such as weather conditions, strikes, or local restrictions.
- High demand during festive or peak seasons.
We will notify you promptly in case of significant delays.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
